For those who wants to proceed to the Airline Industry upon graduation, Instrument Rating is a qualification that must be achieved. A 16-week competency based course designed around one of the most modern General Aviation Twin Trainer (DA42), this course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to fly in Instrument Meteorological Conditions. The course is run by the most senior Flight Instructors within our College only and so the quality is reassured.
1. CPL acquired
2. Class 1 Medical Certificate
|MEA||10.5 hours Dual, 5 hours Flight Simulator and 1.5 hours Flight Test + Lecture and Pre/Post Flight Briefing|
10 hours Dual, 10 hours Flight Simulator and 3.5 hours Flight Test + Lecture and Pre/Post Flight Briefing.
Course structure and hours provided within are based on the assumption that a candidate has completed his/her Commercial Pilot Licence training here at FlyLink Aviation College (see our Commercial Pilot Licence page for more details)
